Placing an Order

Orders can be conveniently placed through our website 24/7, additionally, our dedicated customer service team is available 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday to address any queries over the telephone before your order is finalised.

Order Cut-off Times

  • Monday orders: Cut-off is 3pm the preceding Friday
  • Tuesday orders: Cut-off is 10am Monday
  • Wednesday orders: Cut-off is 10am Tuesday
  • Thursday orders: Cut-off is 10am Wednesday
  • Friday orders: Cut-off is 10am Thursday
  • Saturday orders: Cut-off is 10am Thursday
  • Sunday orders: Cut-off is 10am Thursday, minimum spend required
     

Acceptance of last-minute orders between 10am and 12pm is subject to availability. Orders submitted after standard business hours will be processed the next business day. Please note, late orders (post 12pm) incur a 10% late order surcharge and may have limited menu options due to availability.

Delivery Schedule

Weekdays 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. When requesting delivery times, it's essential to factor in a buffer allowing for a 30 to 45-minute window before the desired serving time is recommended.

Catering orders may be delivered up to 1 hour before your requested time. Our delivery window extends 15 minutes beyond the specified time as on rare occasions, unforeseen delays may occur.

Weekends: Reserved for pick-up only.  

In the event of an absence at the delivery address, the order will be left securely at the location.

Financial Policy

A minimum spend of $150 is required for deliveries from Monday to Friday, exclusive of delivery fees.

Weekend and public holiday orders are subject to surcharges and availability.

Pick-Up Option

Personal collection of orders is available from our facility at 316 Smith Street Collingwood 3066, 7am to 3pm. A minimum spend of $100 is required from Monday to Saturday.

Sundays

Sunday orders are available upon request, with a minimum spend of $500 required. A 12% surcharge will apply, and orders are for pick-up only, before midday.

Business Hours

Our office operates from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. The online store is open around the clock for your convenience, with orders processed and confirmed during business hours.

Dietary Accommodations

Terror Twilight Catering takes pride in meeting a wide array of dietary needs. Kindly specify any dietary restrictions in the order notes, along with a corresponding name if possible. Though we strive to accommodate all requirements, we will confirm our capability upon order verification.

It is important to note that our culinary creations may contain allergens or be prepared in proximity to common allergens. We ask our clients to bear this in mind for specialised dietary requests.

Order Amendments

To adjust your order, please convey the modifications including your order number via email to catering@terrortwilight.com.au or contact us on 1300 089 077. Our coordination team will ensure that your preferences are accounted for and will confirm the adjustments promptly. We request that all changes be communicated before the established cut-off time for orders.

Delivery Information and Charges

We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) to specific postcodes, with the primary ones being 3066, 3065. Charges for deliveries outside these zones and weekend surcharges will be transparently communicated.
