Placing an Order

Orders can be conveniently placed through our website 24/7.
Our customer service team is also available Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM to assist with any questions or final details before your order is confirmed.

Order Cut-Off Times

To ensure availability and freshness, please place your order before the following cut-off times:

  • Monday orders: 3 PM Friday (prior week)
  • Tuesday orders: 10 AM Monday
  • Wednesday orders: 10 AM Tuesday
  • Thursday orders: 10 AM Wednesday
  • Friday orders: 10 AM Thursday
  • Saturday orders: 10 AM Thursday
  • Sunday orders: 10 AM Thursday

Orders must be placed by 10 AM for next-day delivery, subject to availability. During peak periods, we may reach capacity earlier.

Late orders

  • Accepted between 10 AM and 12 PM (subject to availability)
  • Orders placed after 12 PM incur a 10% late order surcharge and may have limited menu options.
  • Orders received outside business hours will be processed the following business day.


Delivery Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 7 AM – 3 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

When selecting a delivery time, we recommend allowing a 30–45 minute buffer before your intended serving time.

  • Deliveries requested before 8 AM and 15 km or more from Collingwood may require time adjustments — we’ll contact you to confirm.
  • For deliveries after 10 AM, orders may arrive up to 1 hour earlier than the requested time.
  • Please allow up to 15 minutes beyond your requested delivery window for unforeseen delays.
  • If no one is available at the delivery address, the order will be left securely on-site.

Minimum spend

  • Monday–Friday: $150
  • Saturday: $250
  • Sunday: $500
    (All amounts exclude delivery fees.)
  • Zone 5 orders have a higher minimum spend: $250 (Mon–Sat) | $500 (Sun)

Weekend and public holiday orders are subject to surcharges and availability.


Delivery Fees

Delivery fees and weekend surcharges will be clearly communicated upon quoting.
Please provide detailed delivery instructions to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Free Delivery Zone: Collingwood (3066) & Fitzroy (3065) excluding public holidays.

Pick-Up Option

Orders can be collected from our kitchen at 316 Smith Street, Collingwood (3066)

  • Monday to Friday: 7 AM – 3 PM
     (Minimum spend: $100)
  • Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
     (Minimum spend: $150)


Business Hours

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM.
Orders can be placed online anytime and will be processed and confirmed during business hours.
Emails received after 4 PM will be responded to the following morning.


Weekend Hours

Our office is unattended on weekends.
Weekend orders will be confirmed via email, with a contact number provided for any urgent matters.


Dietary Accommodations

Terror Twilight Catering takes pride in catering to diverse dietary requirements.
Please include any dietary needs in your order notes, along with the name of the person (if applicable).

While we take every care, our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens. We’ll confirm our ability to meet all special requirements upon order verification.


Order Amendments

To amend an order, please email catering@terrortwilight.com.au with your order number and the requested changes, or call 1300 089 077.

All amendments must be received before the relevant order cut-off time. Our coordination team will confirm once updates have been processed.
