Last-Minute Orders
Terror Twilight will make every effort to accommodate late orders (those placed with less than 24 hours’ notice).
Please call us as soon as possible on 1300 089 077 to discuss your options and how we can best assist.
While we always strive to help, last-minute requests cannot always be guaranteed and may incur a 10% late fee.
Order Amendments
We understand plans can change and will always do our best to accommodate updates to existing orders.
Please submit any adjustments by 10 AM the day prior to your scheduled delivery or pick-up via email or phone (1300 089 077).
For same-day changes, please call us directly to discuss available options. While we’ll do our best, these cannot always be guaranteed.
Adjustments After Delivery
If any items are missing from your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can amend your invoice accordingly.
We’re unable to guarantee invoice adjustments if notified more than 48 hours after delivery.
Order Details
All order information provided — including menu selections, delivery address, time, date, and contact details — will be deemed accurate and final unless we are notified of changes via email or by calling 1300 089 077.
Orders placed through our online shopping cart are considered final.
If incorrect information is not rectified within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery, the Client may be charged 100% of the original invoice amount.
Delivery Details
Our delivery hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 7 AM – 3 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Deliveries outside of these hours may incur additional fees.
We recommend allowing a 30–45 minute buffer prior to your intended serving time.
For deliveries after 10 AM, catering may arrive up to 1 hour earlier than requested.
Please allow up to 15 minutes beyond the scheduled delivery window for unforeseen delays.
Public Holiday Orders
Public holiday orders are available upon request and are pick-up only.
Minimum spend: $500
Surcharge: 18%
Collection: Morning pick-up only (no delivery available)

Order Confirmation
Clients must notify Terror Twilight immediately if:
A confirmation email has not been received, or
The confirmation email contains incorrect information.
If we are not advised of any discrepancies before the relevant cut-off time or delivery, the invoiced amount will apply in full.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation charges apply when costs have already been incurred for food, labour, or equipment hire.
We understand unexpected changes happen and will always do our best to minimise costs or reallocate catering where possible.
Our goal is to support our clients fairly and flexibly whenever circumstances change.
Discounts
Please note that discounts may have varying minimum spend requirements depending on the promotion or agreement.
Full details will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
Terms of Trade
Payment is required in advance or as otherwise mutually agreed.
Terror Twilight reserves the right to place accounts on credit hold where invoices remain outstanding.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
VISA & Mastercard: 1.75% surcharge + $0.30 per transaction
AMEX: 2.90% surcharge + $0.30 per transaction
International VISA & Mastercard: additional 1.1% surcharge
