Last Minute Orders
Terror Twilight will make every effort to assist Clients with any late orders (anything less than 24hrs notice). We request that the Client call us as soon as possible to discuss their options, and how we can best accommodate any last-minute requests. However, these cannot always be guaranteed and may incur a 10% late fee.
Order Amendments
Terror Twilight will always accommodate any changes to Client’s orders. However, we kindly request that all adjustments be submitted by 10am the day prior to your scheduled delivery or pick up, via email. This can be actioned via your account on the catering portal.
If amendments are needed on the day, we kindly ask that you call us to discuss what options we have available. Again, these cannot always be guaranteed.
Adjustments to your order post-delivery
In the event an order is missing any items, please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery and we will adjust your invoice. We cannot guarantee an invoice will be adjusted if we are notified of an omission more than 48 hours after delivery.
Order Details
All information provided to Terror Twilight Catering via email, phone, or the website, including items ordered, delivery address, delivery time, dates, and contact details, will be deemed correct unless otherwise notified.
Orders placed through the shopping cart are considered correct and final. Any incorrect information that is not rectified within 24 hours of the delivery time may result in the Client being charged 100% of the original invoice.
Delivery Details
A flat delivery fee of $20 will be applied to CBD and all surrounding suburbs. Further suburbs will be subject to additional costs.
Terror Twilight delivers between 7AM and 3PM, Monday - Friday. Deliveries outside of these hours will occur additional fees.
When requesting delivery times, it's essential to factor in a buffer. Typically, allowing for a 30 to 45-minute buffer before the desired serving time is recommended.
Catering orders may be delivered up to 1 hour before your requested time. Our delivery window extends 15 minutes beyond the specified time as on rare occasions, unforeseen delays may occur.
Sunday & Public Holiday Orders
Sunday and Public Holiday orders are available upon request, with a minimum spend of $500. A 12% surcharge will apply, and orders are for pick-up only. We currently require morning collection for these orders and are unable to offer delivery. Please contact us for more information.
Order Confirmation
Clients must notify Terror Twilight immediately if a confirmation email is not received or if a confirmation email has been received but is incorrect.
Any discrepancies that Terror Twilight has not been notified of prior to the delivery or cut-off times may result in the Client being charged the invoiced amount.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation charges apply when costs are incurred for food, labour and/or equipment hire.
We understand that sometimes clients are forced to cancel or postpone orders due to circumstances beyond their control. We will always do our best to find a new home for cancellations and will work with you to minimise incurred costs as best we can.

VISA, Mastercard, AMEX & EFT – 1.75% surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions.
